- Maro secured the 478,000 sq. ft. Galaxy Warehouse in August 2010 as part of the plan to relocate Matalan from Skelmersdale to Knowsley
- Agreed a lease with Matalan and then extended the warehouse by a further 100,000 sq. ft.
- Assisted Matalan in the fit out of the extended building and the relocation from Skelmersdale in 2014
- Sold the investment to Tritax Big Box Reit in December 2015
